I had my hair trimmed yesterday. I hadn't colored my hair in at least 3 months so when MJ cut my hair, all the coloring was gone. All that's left is grey!!!!!My best friend says it looks awesome on me. But I'm turning 55 next month and don't want to look any older than I already do. What do I do???
Any suggestions???

Do what my SIL does. Have it reverse streaked. Just get your hairdresser to streak it with dark color. It comes out nicely. I need to get my hair done. I hate it when my grays show. Thankfully, there's not that many....yet.

I am letting the sliver streaks show in mine. I quit coloring my hair at about your age and am letting nature color it for me.

I kinda agree with you. It's not totally white, it looks like my hair is streaked. I'll give it a while then decide. Sucks to get older.

Donna, think of it as "going Platinum!" My sister has been learning to call her grey stripes "platinum highlights" as in her very dark, almost black hair, even one strand shows up VERY well!
Some people look great with silvery hair, it depends on the person, and their coloring I think.
