Today was the first morning of the 10k training, running a mile. I thought, I have this, no worries. Well I WALKED half the mile!!! I'm so upset w/ myself. The cold air was hurting my throat, and I just couldn't keep going. I really hope I can get out of my funk and no matter what not give up...Please send me good thoughts because I'm really bummed. I've allowed myself to get so out of shape it's depressing.![]()
