here are my Memphis pics, but they are all mixed up . They were in order on my camera but got scrambled when I put 'em on my laptop. Photobucket mixed 'em up even more. (((sigh))) I give up. I really don't want to go through and re-name all of them so they'll be in proper order.

    WOO HOO!
Could there have been a better race today?! Lots of beatin & bangin goin on!

What a great day at our house! Denny won (we were biting our nails the whole time), Kyle came from 41st to finish 4th, Tony got 9th and Joey finished 12th!
I couldn't be happier...unless Tony could have won!

I was sure hoping Denny got his at Martinsville today...I put on my new Denny long sleeve T shirt this morning, feeling it was going to be his day! Just wish Jimmie would have finished further back, but all in all a good. The only one you didn't mention was Ryan in 7th.

I had my new JGR shirt on too...lol.

I knew you'd have to say something about me not mentioning Ryan
He did good and made his owner happy (and you too I'm sure!)

I found this story to be very amusing.

Had Bob Griese figured out tacos are more Mexican than Columbian, he would have properly identified the correct food group.

    Nice job safety crews.

    Lousy job by NASCAR.

Make a rule about no bumping in the corners, then completely ignore it.

If you're going to make a rule, enforce it, and enforce it evenly.

Oops, nevermind, it was big $$$ teams breaking the no bumping rule, so we'll ignore it.

BUT>.......someone on a no budget team has a motor that is 0.15 cubic inches out of tolerance, we ban 'em, fine them more money than they can pay, and ban them from the garage area.

Give me back stock car racing, please.

Yarborough, Petty, The Allisons....they'd never even have rides in the absolutely vanilla world of modern racing.

Can't have driver's saying anything controversial, now, can we?

Has NASCAR forgotten that they got their break with a fight in the infield during the blizzard of '78?

Almost 24 hours later and I still don't know who won.

The cheapest way to enforce the 'no bump' rule is to tape wire coat hangers to the bumpers and let the pit officials check them for bending when they stop for fuel/tires.....

I refuse to believe that you can drive at 190 mph and be bored.

    Maybe at 150?

NASCAR should give the drivers food, phones and CDs- drivers get extra points for eating, texting and cd changing.

Have you ever tried to drive and eat a burrito when one corner of the wrapper pokes you in the eye?
