Feral Cat Rescuer
We have a black female cat in the park we've named Stormy! We're thinking she was the mom of the 3 dumped black kittens, Heckle, Jeckle, and Ravin, and we've just now discovered her. We will attempt capturing her tomorrow evening when we trap for the other 2 kittens of Hemi! She appears to be tame, but afraid right now.
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
Needs a helmet!
