Update On Hazel
The vet just called and said the Humane Society tagged "Hazel" in 1994, which she was 2 years old then! They were unable to reach anyone at the number that was in the data base! Hazel will remain with us unless they find the owners, or we find her a really good home. I named her Hazel because she did remind me of an older cat. I told Kevin "she's old, poor thing". It amazes me how she's survived. I will post more pictures soon!
Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
