    Lily's tummy after surgery

    Lily has been spayed four weeks ago, and the incision has healed very well, you don't even see a scar. But now I've noticed black/blue spots on her skin, they look like hematoma, but I guess it's only the black fur growing back...

    Yes, I think it's just the black fur growing back too - nothing to worry about. But the good news is it got meowmy to take a picture of sweet Lily's little tummy!

    I too agree that it is her fur growing back and nothing to be nervous about. Give Little Miss Lily a greta big belly kiss for me.

    By the way, something that I though might be interesting to you.
    My mom has two tiger stripped kitties (Tiger-Lily and her daughter Rascal). On both of their tummies when they were shaved for their surgery you could still see their stripes even though all their fur was gone. The vet said that he has only seen a few kitties that their markings look like they are tatooed on their skin. --- Meg
