    gerbil eating poop

    I know it is ok for hamsters to eat dropping because that means they never used up all the nutrients. Is it the same with gerbils? My male gerbil *jade* eats his and Sages droppings.

    Don't own a gerbil so I don't know anything about that. My rats don't eat their poop, but my guinea pig ate his poop 24/7- it's good nutrition.
