Anyone have some good suggestions on what to get 80-something year old parents who have everything and if they don't, they just go buy it?

I was thinking I might make up a casserole of something they each really love and/or a fruit or other type of gift basket that I make myself.

Hit me with some great ideas. My thinking cap is broken...
