    Feliway

Anyone have any experience with the Feliway defussers?
Abby is having trouble adjusting to Aly being the newest member of our gang. Our vet today suggested using this product.
I am also going to dose her with Rescue Remedy more often than I have been doing of late.

I don't, but search it on this site - lots of information!

I used it to help Edwina accept Eddie. It worked...okay - sort of worked! I plugged it in in the two rooms where they spent the most time. That was the biggest problem for me...finding an enclosed enough space.

I haven't used the diffusers, but used the spray itself. The vet told me to spray it in an area where my cat spent a lot of time (not to spray on the cat directly), such as a sleeping area.

That didn't work well, so I got a very stretchy cat collar and would spray a tiny bit into the collar twice a day. You need to depress the spray very slowly and carefully to do that, but it's easy enough.

I have used it a lot in the past. I find it works well. I have a small house, and would plug in 3 or 4 for best results. Look online for some cheaper alternatives than the vets office or pet store.

I used several and my pee cats peed directly on the diffusers, which is why I started them on Clomicalm.
