    Nigel, who doesn't love a Tuxie? You're such a handsome boy, I know that your humans feel that it was well worth the wait for you to come around and realize that all was well. No more hiding for you, eh? Now it's your toys that are hidden under the sofa. In this house, toys are hidden under the fridge. Both are signs of happy cats. Enjoy your day as COTD, handsome Nigel.

    Yes you are quite the Lucky Tuxedo Cat and you must have had some rouugh treatment from himansnot to at first trust your New Family.
    But we are glad that you realized how much that they love you, and how big a part you are in their life.

And as if your dapper self weren't enough to recommend you, you're simply oozing with personality, and your heart, pure gold! What a lucky boy you were, to have been rescued by such a wonderful family! All it took was some time, patience, and unconditional love for you to come out of your shell; to learn to trust we humans again! And as your Mom says, every day you (as is the case with most all of our rescues) repay her kindness with your love and devotion, and the endless joy you bring to her and your family's life! And I have to tell you Nigel that is THE most awesome, deluxe kitty condo/tree I've ever seen!     Darling Nigel, what a love you are! (but then, aren't all tuxies??) What a sweet boy comforting your grandma; I'm sure she doesn't mind you playing with the yarn, under supervision of course.

    I think it's a tuxie trait to bat mice under furniture and appliances. When my husband was remodeling our old house, he had to fix the baseboards in the living room and when he pulled them off, there was a ton of mice underneath! Our Archy sounds just like you! He howls for attention in the same manner you do. You could be brothers!

    Have a wonderful day today, get spoiled rotten, play with your mice, and have a super COTD day!
