    Dance at the dog park...*pictures*

Today my mom and I took Dance to a dog park for the first time ever. She was a little leary at first as she's a pretty submissive dog and isn't usually a huge fan of rambunctious large dogs... but she had a pretty good time! She spent most of her time chasing her ball and following me absolutely everywhere, but she made friends with a group of Labs and a Catahoula eventually. Anyway, here are a bunch of pictures I took.

Dance is looking beautiful, as always! She has some intense ball drive. Do you ever play frisbee with her? If so, I need pictures for proof. She is totally dwarfed by all of those Labs. I didn't really she was so petite!

    Morgan is just adorable. Mooore?

Lol, Dance & frisbee don't go together well at all! She watches it fall to the ground, then once it lands she goes to pick it up and tries to bring it back, dropping it a billion times along the way. Maybe it'll make sense to her one day... hopefully, anyway. I love frisbee dogs. For now though, we'll have to just stick to tennis balls!

Awww, I'm sure she'll get the hang of it! She looks really fast.

I was just thinking of the pictures you used to post of Tango playing frisbee. I remember being like, "whoaaa!" She was really good at it. : ) Maybe it was more her BC side than her Toller side, though.

Yep, she's pretty quick! Faster than a couple of other Labs not pictured today, and they were in incredible shape. She had to race them for her ball - there was no way she was letting them get it.

And yeah, Tango was way more like a BC than she was a Toller in most aspects, so that might have been why she was so good at frisbee. I know a few Tollers who are even better frisbee players than some BCs though, so I think it's just not Dance's thing. She might get it someday though. I can see that she really wants to catch it when I throw one, but she just doesn't seem to understand how she can run fast and jump at the same time to successfully catch it. And then with being kind of short, she tends to trip over it when she's bringing it back (depending on how she carries it) and just ends up confused. We'll see though!
