Well, all it took was an email, with pics, from an in-law who's neice's dog had puppies and look what happened.

(the mother dog is going to be fixed) please welcome *Layla* to Pet Talk!

We got her Sat, I haven't had time to post.

She is 2 months old tomorrow.

Laylas mother is 1/2 shepherd, 1/2 lab, looks just like a 'yellow' shepherd. The father they're not sure, even though they saw him. Lacey and the cats have all been reserved with her but are coming around.

She went for her first vet visit yesterday and is a healthy little girl, just over 9 lbs.

I am so excited I saw this thread. Your lil girl Layla is sooo adorable. She looks so cuddly. I am so proud for you and your family on your brand new addition. CONGRATS!! I can't wait to see her grow up, but of course not to fast.
