Very neat! What a huge front yard! When I was a kid, there was a paint pony that had gotten loose. I was outside so fast and tied it up to a tree. Even rode it a bit. I had it all day. Was so happy.

I did the right thing by setting you free
But the pain is very deep.
If only I could turn back time, forever, you I'd keep.
    I miss you

I hear you whimper in your sleep
I gently pet you and say, no bad dreams
It will be alright, to my dog as dark as night.

How I wish I could hold you near.
Turn back time to make it so.
Hug you close and never let go.

When I was a teenager my family lived in the country. Next door were a bunch of horses who were always getting over the fence.

I awoke one morning to see fog in the front....and out of the trees and fog came a big white horse....it looked spooky, mythical and mystical....until I was told to catch the horse and take it back!

Thanks for bringing back that memory....

Yes the horse is one of ours. My other horse was in a grazing pasture, and Cicso wasn't so I think he might have jumped the fence. Silly guy.

Val, that is only a VERY small portion of our yard, about 1/5th of it, our yard is gigantic
