I can tell you *EXACTLY* why..

Someone may say that they have their heart set on getting a dog from the shelter, but what if they happen to go.... see a sign or something that says 'PUPPIES FOR SALE' and they go to it.. They may want a puppy from the shelter, but one of these puppies from a breeder may be the one that was 'meant to be' for you.. I mean, *Sorry this is gonna be about MY dog for a second* when i got cami, i saw plenty of other puppies as cute as cami, but only cami grabbed my heart, That probably makes no sense at all, and if it doesn't, sorry for my input.. lol
