Actually, I think it comes back even more thin and fine. It makes the roots weak so it comes back less. Tweezing is horrible and can leave scars, and it makes the hairs come thick and course. You should avoid that. The effects of threading would compare to waxing, because it removes a lot of hairs at a time and not one at a time like tweezing. I've never noticed them coming thicker. They look finer to me.
