On the topic of spitting pills out, my vet mentioned something to me yesterday. There's a contraption you can get from the vet that will shoot the pill to the back of the tongue. I am not sure on the price or how well it works but it may be helpful for some people. I just put the dogs' pills in cheese and they disappear
