Well, the fine in my area is actually $1000, so its quite a lot and I'm sure people wouldn't be happy about that, but the problem is, they never get caught. I don't know why people like to litter. Can't they do their part in helping to keep the country clean? Its not fair that they make the jobs of city cleaners harder than it already is, and make others get THEIR nasty gum on their shoes and clothes and cars.
