    I'm glad this guy is open to letting you walk Buddy and give him the attention he deserves. Your neighbor sounds like he had the best of intentions in helping out his sister anyway....

    Buddy is one of the most handsome pitbulls I've ever seen! His eyes just make me melt! He sure looks like a bit softie!!! Let us know how your walking adventures with Buddy go---he may not be used to the leash, huh?
