I wonder if - with the pain meds - that whatever was in her bladder managed to get peed out? If she wasn't in pain the urethra would be more relaxed. Remember she peed very little before you started the pain meds? Maybe the thing had moved and was blocking her - but came out with the meds.

Anyway, I am happy she came through so well, and is eating a bit. Is she on pain meds from her surgery too?
