    Sure - and the good crusty bread will be perfect for the leftover liquids! I just had balsamic on hand, more interesting than the cider vinegar in the cupboard!

    I first had a Marsala chicken dish and that was my first intro to balsamic.

    Balsamic vinegar can be excellent, it can be expensive or cheap - it's one of those things that depends on how much you want to pay! I but a small bottle, as a little goes a long way!
