    Karen, from what I read on Michelle's Facebook page, animals are not allowed at the shelter. Michelle mentioned also that it's gonna be freezing cold; I'm very worried about Neko and her at this point. Wish I could help.

    I saw the same thing on her Facebook page and I am worried about them too. Not sure how I might help.

    Yeah, but he's just so lost right now. For personal reasons which I won't mention, he doesn't think he can register with FEMA. For now he's living in a friends house next door to mine (they moved recently and didn't put the house up for sale yet), and my parents LOVE him so he is always welcome here. But if he can't register with FEMA, he doesn't know what he's going to do.
