I got another Care Page update. Samantha still had a fever but not as high as it was initially. She is getting IV fluids, medications and would like to go home. Sammy and family, I am thinking and praying for you !

Sam has moved from the PICU to a 'normal' room at the hospital. She spiked a fever again last night (102), and is still on the IV fluids. My sister said even she (my sister) feels puffy. She also said Sam woke up today acting better, feeling better, is eating and drinking, and she still hopes they are 'sprung' tomorrow (Friday). Seems like it was e-coli, and is not related to her kidney, thank God!

Anything that might be kidney-related is cause for alarm, so we are glad this looks unrelated!

Please keep thinking and praying for Samantha. She had another fever and had to go back in to the hospital. The doctors changed her antibiotics slightly to help treat the infection better.

More prayers and healing energies for dear Samantha.
I meant," said Ipslore bitterly, "what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
    Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.

I got an update on Samantha's Care Page. Time to pray for Sammy again as she has a surgical procedure scheduled for Jan. 7.
