I can definitely relate to the budget thing. i have had to make all my trips Virtual thanks to Netflix and the internet. The last couple of nights I watched National Geographic DVD's on the Galapagos Islands. There are a lot of places that i wanted to see and now Thanks to HDTV i am able to travel there on my Home Theater..

Back to England, Windsor, Westminstor, Kenginston, Hever, Harrods, Hampton Court, The Tower, St. Pauls, Salsbury, Bath, York which I have not been to.
Back to France Pairs, Nice, the french country side, trying some wine from locals and bread.
Back to Germany. Try and visit my mom's childhood area (if possible) back to Freiburg to visit aunt and cousins and my old town as well. Stuttgart, Hildleburg the beautiful country itself, more bread and Snitzel.
Australia, Wom here I come. Get the barbie going. The great barrier reef, all the wild life.
Africia to see the great lions and all the animals that touch my heart so deeply.
