A Friday update. Did 30-40 minutes of cardio at the gym MTWF, did my p90x workout everyday this week but only woke up early enough to do it in the morning twice. I need to get more consistant with that or I'll get too busy studying to want to "waste" time working out (like last semester). I feel a lot better already AND haven't taken any naps recently - where I usually take 1-2 hour naps a day >.< So far so good
