Blue Moon/New Year's Thursday#349

We are still socked in with gloomy weather so will probably miss the blue moon on New Year's eve.

I just went out to get the newspaper and the moon is huge in the sky! And it is really a light blue!!!!

We would have menudo and tamales, home made! I really do miss that-the food is labor intensive, so you have to find a 'crew' to help prep the meal!

I see pork is a huge part of the NYD festivities!
