Do not cook UNDER Anything ... like:
* a Tent
* inside a GARAGE or Carport
* Under your Upstairs Neighbor's BALCONEY
* Under YOUR Porch Roof - even if the floor is concrete!

I've actually never tasted a deep fried turkey before but I hear when it's done rigth it is soooooooooo good lol.

It's one of the best.....You can also BBQ a turkey.

We barbecued a turkey two years ago...because our oven died the DAY BEFORE Thanksgiving(!) Turkey came out great.
