They don't seriously think the President is going to use a fly live trap. What they want is exactly what they got - people talking about them, their name out there in the press and on the net. It's all about publicity, not the fly.
"We give dogs the time we can spare, the space we can spare and the love we can spare. And in return, dogs give us their all. It's the best deal man has ever made" - M. Facklam

"We are raised to honor all the wrong explorers and discoverers - thieves planting flags, murderers carrying crosses. Let us at last praise the colonizers of dreams."- P.S. Beagle

"All that is gold does not glitter, Not all those who wander are lost; The old that is strong does not wither, Deep roots are not reached by the frost. From the ashes a fire shall be woken, A light from the shadows shall spring; Renewed shall be blade that was broken, The crownless again shall be king." - J.R.R. Tolkien

You could clip it's wings, so it will just sit there, like a parrot.
Then you could have more interaction time with your family fly.

    Yes, quality time is important.

Well, you wouldn't want it to just fly away, would you?

Perhaps a 'play pen' for the fly would work.

    LOL,

A more eco friendly solution would be a Venus Fly Trap?

That way the delicate chain of nature would not be interrupted?

Perhaps a harness and a leash. Wouldn't want to hurt it's little neck with a choke collar!

I think I must be losing it.....

None of these solutions really address the problem though, remember, your family fly will be with you for weeks, if not month.

We want to insure the best quality of life, exercise, a good fecal diet, interaction, love and still be a 'green solution'.
And you should have a Continued Giving plan in place, in the event your fly should outlive you.

    Good fecal diet?

With all the bulls in Washington, he'll eat better than most of us!
