You must be tall- you don't look more than 65 kg now?

I'm 1,74 m, and 64 kg was my weight for a very long time. I could always eat as much as I wanted to, and it didn't do any harm. Things changed when I was in my thirties (which Hashimoto's and everything), suddenly I gained weight very quickly.

This is how I looked 12 years ago, weighing 64 kilograms:

Don't think I'll make it back to this, but 70 - 75 kg would be nice...

Kirsten, I think you looked great in the first photo - and not even that fat!

It's good that you have lost some weight though, and it's seems to have gone around your waist. I was going to ask you how tall you are, but you already said that.

Up to when I was about 35, I weighed 49 kg and I'm 1,68 cm, but when John and I both were trying to gain weight, I put some on, but not John. I'm now 64 kg.

Keep living healthy and be patient!

Randi, yes, around my waist, breasts, face, and legs. Hard to lose the fat that's on the belly! LOL

Yes, some people just don't gain weight, no matter how much they try. And I think 64 kg is not too much for someone of your height.

Yes, and the older you get, the more difficult it is to lose weight. Never mind, as long as I can zip my pants up!

I may share some pics tomorrow from my skinny period.

Forgot to say, from 78 - 79 I litterally lived on yougurt - that works!!

So true, and it's also easier to gain it!

Would like to see your photos!

You look great. Don't think you look older, just the diiferent hairdo, darker clothes and no big smile. Bet if you take another picture with pastels, fix your hair the same as in May and put a big smile on your face you'll notice a big difference. Step into a nice light background too, like the greenery in May.
