Maybe she WAS trapped in a shed or something...but she knows where home is!
Keep an eye out as the day quiets down...she may come back into the yard, and perhaps you can coax her over by talking gently.
Or she will be in the trap - I imagine the poor girl is hungry!
At least your OTHER kitty has been able to find out that she is loved too, so hopefully all will be well.
