VENISON – CORN CASSEROLE

1 pound ground venison or ground beef.

4 celery stalks – diced
1 large onion – chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can – 16 oz – creamed corn
1 can – 15 oz – kidney beans – drained
1 tsp garlic salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 package corn chips – 3 3/4 ounces


Brown venison; add celery and onions. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Reduce heat. Stir in soup, corn, beans and seasonings.
Pour into 2 quart baking dish.

Bake @ 375° for 20 minutes – uncovered.
Top with corn chips. Bake 10 – 15 minutes longer.
