Here you go - I have another one, but I need to type it out first.
VENISON CORN CASSEROLE
1 pound ground venison or ground beef.
4 celery stalks diced
1 large onion chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can 16 oz creamed corn
1 can 15 oz kidney beans drained
1 tsp garlic salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 package corn chips 3 3/4 ounces
Brown venison; add celery and onions. Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes.
Reduce heat. Stir in soup, corn, beans and seasonings.
Pour into 2 quart baking dish.
Bake @ 375° for 20 minutes uncovered.
Top with corn chips. Bake 10 15 minutes longer.
