That's okay!! Don't beat yourself up over it. If I wasn't dieting, I'd eat like 6 pancakes and eggs. No bacon for me, but you did good at breakfast for what you were given.

Just take it easy the rest of the day. It's okay to have a few more calories than you normally would - any decrease in calories is a good decrease!!
