Megan your post was excellent offering some really good advice, tips and exercises, you obviously put a lot of effort and research into it, and I have to agree portion control IMO is what it is all about,I believe you can eat almost anything you like, but it is the portion control that is important, of course fat content does come into it, but for me personally I have always enjoyed treats when dieting, infact I have a chicken burger(with low fat chicken, no dressings, a small amount of cheese and salad) and Oven fries every friday night, but I only eat 100 grms about ten chips whereas when I am not dieting I would eat twice that amount, and I still manage to loose weight no problem at all, as long as I stick to my points and do not go over them, and ice cream is also something I have from time to time, dieting does not have to be awful and make you feel deprived, to be honest i go through periods where i feel I am sick of it all and why can I not just eat these things in the quantity I want when I want like some people, but when I eat healthy i feel so much better physically and mentally, so to everyone GOOD LUCK and here's to sheding those unwanted pound.

I regularly enjoy chocolate, ice cream, ice blocks, Oven fries, hot chocolate drinks, muffins to name but a few and I am even having WW pizza this week, a new thing for me, although it is still 7 points and i will have to watch my spending that day, it will be worth it, all of course are now and then and in portion control., see dieting can be fun.
