I think most vets are not proficient at pediatric spay/neuter.
The organs are very tiny.

My vet wants to wait till 6 months, problem is, Siamese go into heat, typically month earlier than other breeds. And I can't keep these fosters around that long, while others are waiting to get into rescue.

So, I have the spay/neuter done at a facility that routinely does pediatric.
2 lbs and they are fine.

I have no choice.
