This happened to my lab mix about 4-5 days after I got her (she was around 9-10weeks at this time) and what it boiled down to was she had parvo!!! I recommend getting her to a vet pronto. The gurgling is terrible and you can actually feel it turning. I had to hold her in my arms all night long - if she isn't eating/drinking you have a serious problem. Keep us posted!
