I don't know if this will make you feel better or not, but you sound quite normal

Fatty tissue is the #1 cause for a mammogram to "look" suspicious. The next step is always an Ultrasound, then if they still cannot identify the problem, a biopsy is in order. That is done with really no pain or scars at all.

My sister and I go through this every year. My doctor knows now that when I set the appointment for my mammogram, we always have to set an appointment for an ultrasound too!

Please don't worry, this is quite normal, but do be grateful that your doctor is on top of things by planning the ultrasound and possible biopsy.
