    New addition!

    Okay, here's the whole story..

    My dad and I were gone for the weekend and came back yesterday, on Memorial Day. A few hours after I got home from school today, my mom asked me to go with her "somewhere". So, while we were in the car, I was getting anxious and wouldn't stop bugging her about where we were going and she told me to be quiet and just wait until we got there. A few minutes later we arrive at this boarding kennel for dogs and cats, and I see my mom pull out a cat carrier from the back of the car. We walk through the door of the boarding kennel and a few minutes later one of the workers comes back with this little kitten. I couldn't believe it! My mom adopted her from the shelter on Saturday and she was staying at the boarding kennel because she was spayed.

    Anyway, here are the pictures of my new kitty! She's super sweet. Whenever she sees me come into the bathroom (where she's staying for now) she walks over and rubs against my leg and wants to hop into my lap. She's such a lover.





    She's still a little groggy from her spay.

    We're thinking of naming her either Hazel, Mocha or Honey, but any and all suggestions are appreciated.

    Congrats, Julie. I like Hazel for a name, but i really have to know her personality to suggest one.

    Oh you lucky girl, she is gorgeous, I also like the name Hazel, but the other two Honey and Mocha are neat too, good luck choosing, see which name she responds to best and pick that one, she is one lil cutie, looking forward to seeing her grow up here on PT.
