Blümchen (German word for 'floret') had a bad start into life. Two weeks after her birth her mother suddenly died, so she and her seven other siblings had to be bottle-feeded. Unfortunately, just Blümchen and her brother Bambi survived this hard time and where strong enough to grow up to two healthy rabbits.
In January 2017 Bambi fell sick with an inflammation of his tongue. Despite two different veterinarians and daily checks he couldn't be healed. So Blümchen lost her only remaining brother she loved so much.
Now Blümchen lives in a group of two other rabbits, Lotte and Lore. They like to cuddle, to groom themselves and to dig holes in the ground. Bluemchen is in comparison with the other rabbits very curious, cheeky and trusting.
After all the bad times in her life, she can finally be happy. I am glad, I love her.
