Angel the rex is a shy rabbit. I rescued him from the local animal shelter. He is a mini Rex rabbit, so he has that famous thick double coat that feels so soft. His breed's nickname is the Velveteen Rabbit because of that.
It took Angel time to adapt to his new home, but he came around and lets me hold him. He's still shy around my friends though, and cuddles on me while they're around. It is gratifying that he now knows he is safe with me. We love him and my other rabbit just the way they are.
