Rebellina - or as most of us in my family called her, Baby - was my sister's first pet of her
own. Baby was one of the smartest ferrets; she came to her name or a squeaker toy no
matter where she was hiding and was potty trained.
Through most of her life she was full of energy and entertainment with her enormously cheery/lovable personality. She kept my sister on her toes and was a great snuggle buddy when she was down. She was a constant source of love for the whole family.
Even as she started to get old and develop health problems, she still managed to stay her spunky self for everyone till the very end. She had a long ferret life of nine and a half years and lived in New York, Louisiana, and finally in South Carolina. Baby had the greatest little life that anyone could have ever hoped for and all of our lives, especially my sister's, were made better having known her.
