Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers
I got very frightened! I was almost too afraid to open the thread!
Great picture.

Okay, I did the same thing! I was a little apprehensive to even read the thread, then laughed so hard at your pic.

Omg, when I read the topic of this thread, I too was contemplating, should I open it or not. I'm glad now that I did cause your kitty is soooo adorable. My RB C-Fer use to lie like that also.

My hand is reaching through the monitor to scratch that belly.....
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, champagne in one hand and strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming WOO HOO - What a Ride!

Ok, I fell for it too. At first I read it as kitty cat rugs, then I re-thought and thought you big cat rugs - like Tigers and such and thought you might have a legitimate question.....then I opened the thread.
I used to have one of those rugs. Peanut used to "air out her tummy" quite often, especially in the summer. But she hasn't done that for quite awhile now - probably because it's not as warm as it used to be since all the hair is gone on it.
