http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/fritz26/snuzyboy.jpg Fritz found the news on T.V. boring,so he decided to have a snooze.He had a good time outside today watching dad and I doing some work on the gazebo.One time he wanted in,he had dad's workglove and he went inside to bury it somewhere.He eventually ate all his supper,got some carrots,he licked my plate clean of the Ice cream and Apple pie I had.Fritz is still laying on the coffee table,probably won't move until dad goes up to bed. Dad's walking not getting any better,not worse anyway ,still another 5 weeks from tomorrow to see the specilaist in Toronto. :cool:

Once he was in ,he wandered around huffing and puffing,he first went in the kitchen,tried under the living room couch next went to mom,he finally got on the couch with dad.Just had lunch with me,now gone upstairs.Mom had to coax him off my bed to have his cereal and porridge this morning. :eek:

Oh Fritz, I certainly enjoyed reading all about your antics as well as seeing such marvelous pictures of you in many areas of the household.

You are such a little sweetheart, that's for sure.

I'm sorry that Dad isn't doing any better with the brace, and I'll be sure to put in a word or two (Prayers do work ) , that he may feel much better in due time.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/fritz26/sitty.jpg Fritz sitting and begging for some of the meat from Chicken Wings that Dad was eating.Fritz had some when we came home from supper,liked it so much he wanted more.Saw an interesting story on the news tonight.A German Shepherd guard dog at some business got out of a gate,the owner couldn't find him.It turned out ,the dog was hit by a car,then the dog apparently went to the local emergency room in Bellflower,California ,a people hospital.he sat and waited in a chair to be treated ,had x-rays and the one hip had popped out and he looked really drowzy from the medication. :D

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/fritz26/lapboy.jpg here is Fritz tonight on my brother-in -law's Larry's lap just before dinner tonight.He gave Larry kisses and licks, and his tail was just a going .When supper was going on,Fritz layed at the top of the stairs,Taffy was at the table.Taffy grabbed some meat,my sister wasn't pleased with her.Fritz grabbed a pair of underwear,got a napkin, and got a chicken bone that my sister was able to get from his mouth.We had Turkey,Turnip,Dressing,Carrots,Coleslaw,Brussel Sprouts and Mashed Potatoes.Dessert was Pumpkin Pie with Whipped Cream. :)

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/fritz26/auntyI.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/fritz26/sotired.jpg Fritz up on Aunty Irene's lap yesterday and this morning on the bed,pooped out from all the walks and playing he had with them.Mom and the Aunties went to rhe Apple Fest uptown while Dad and i cleande up leaves yesterday that blew over from our neighbors yard during a big windstorm here.Also had rain and hil plus a little sun,not the snow that other parts of Ontario and Western New York State had on Thursday.Fritz just about ate up the Aunties yesterday giving them big kisses and licks plus tail wags.he had his treats,his walks ,didn't matter if the wind was blowing hard,i guess he liked seeing his ears flapping in the breeze.he had a chew on the water bottle and Auntie Bev squeezed the plastic bottle together and it made a noise,Fritz didn't like and he is sitting up in the chair pawing at it.He went to bed while we went to supper and he came from upstairs to greet us.He got his treat of chicken.Dad had some for a snack later,he was trying to make out he didn't have it,Fritz knew he did and his paws were just a waving,and he got somehe got tired out last night and under the couch he went Auntie Irene got him out with a treat.this morning,he got up on the couch,whining wanting the cereal,,thern gave him some.We all then had toast,mine had Rasberry Jam on it and normall he would east it,not this time,he rather have just plain toast with butter on it.Yesterday,he had a snooze in the window and I moved the Cardinal just a bit and he jumped, and then he look at it wondering if it would move again. :cool:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/fritz26/lappy.jpg Fritz lapping up some attention from dad this afternoon.Taffy was here yesterday as Marlene and Larry went to Larry's sister's for dinner.Fritz didn't like Taffy here,he smelled where Taffy had layed down and proceeded to pee in front of the chair,nobody was impreesed and apparently peed in the laundry room also.I think he was jealous of Taffy being in his house.He stays as far away from her as possible,he goes to the top of the stairs to lay down.When Marlene and Larry came to get Taffy, Fritz gave Larry and Marlene kisses and tailwags.Fritz was up on Larry's lap and Taffy came over,Fritz growled at her and she left.Taffy then got up and layed across larry's lap so Fritz couldn't get up there.At one point ,Taffy was on Larry's lap and Fritz was on the back of the chair.When dad went to bed last night,he went to the window and for a change didn't make a sound.He ended up with dad on the bed.he had his usual cereal,toast and porridge this morning,licked out a bowl of my Cauliflower soup,he then had a play with his Monkey and i think he is waiting for supper so he can get more eats. :D Dad was taking of an extra pair of pants and Fritz was on his lap and dad tried to get him off and just ended up burying his head into Dad's lap again.He finally got Fritz moved off so could get the pants off.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/fritz26/stretchy.jpg Here is Fritz next to dad this afternoon,stretching during a nap he was having.He just went when dad went to bed and is now back in the front window. :) After supper,he had to go outside in the rain,then came back in on a dead run to the living rom ,turned around and took off downstairs and brought his monkey up and had quite a play with dad and i tossing it to him and Fritz bringing it back.once dad tried to get it from him and Fritz let out a growl.Tomorrow,Fritz will be looking snazzy as he goes to the groomers and gets to play with the cats. :)

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/fritz26/handsome.jpg Here is handsome Fritz ,snoozing in the kitchen corner after his day at the groomers.Mom had a hard time getting him to go.she also had a hard time getting him to come home,he was having fun with the cats and he balked at going,the groomers laughed at him wanting to stay.Fritz was sick after he got home,he is better now,ate his supper.He is not getting our food now,only his own,he is getting kind of heavy and could get kidney stones.I assume mom found this out from the groomer.he had grabbed one of my socks and had it under the dining room table,gave him a bone and got it.He is now having a rest on the coffee table. :cool:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/fritz26/wanting-1.jpg Here is a real good closeup of Fritz on the chair wanting a bit of my Bologna sandwich which he did not get.The picture brought a smile to my face on another wet and lousy day here.We have been having problems with the lights on the trailer,so dad fiddles around with the fuses,then the battery goes dead,had to charge it.then this morning we are on our way up to do leaaf pickup at a house and all of a sudden the lights and everything went,we barely got to my sister's place before it died,Charged the battery enough to get it off the road, and had to unhook the trailer .Dad ended up driving the tractor up the road to the other house and had to get a ride up with Larry with the lawn mower.Dad yacks at me because of the truck,Larry getting all excited because he is late for work,just gets to my nerves and gets me all upset.A tow truck came and picked up and took it to a garage to see what is wrong.it is probasvly more than the battery not being charged,the motor didn't sound too healthy either.The truck has had a lot of little things go wrong with it since we got it 3 years ago.Larry says he shouldn't be doing it with the condition he is in with his walking.i rather would drive a car,at least I wouldn't have to unhook the truck if I wanted to go somewhere.The same thing happened to another truck of ours 4 yeatrs ago,quit at a busy intersection.20 years ago,it happened to me,my first car, a Pontiac Acadian gave out on me, going through a inersection on my way home from work,i had left lights on,didn't leave it running after charging and it quit. :(

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/fritz26/lappie.jpg Fritz this morning,lapping up attention from Dad.Fritz was pretty good last night,he was downstairs with dad and he heard kids come to the door,he run to the gate at the bottom of the stairs where he couldn't go any farther and bark.We had 17 kids come to the door,one come as a playing card,another one was a hockey player.You can't get Fritz to wear anything,tried a Santa hat once,wouldn't wear it, had a coat,doesn't wear it anymore.He had a play a few minutes ago,is now resting.Last,he was in the window in the dark and it was time for bed,i tried to pick him up,he growled,so i went for a piece of meat and before i gave it to him,tried again to pick him up,growled again,so i gave him the ham and i got him.Dad is no better,he has a awful time walking up the stairs,he out of breath by the time he gets up there.The walker is the only way he can get around.I sure hope the specialist can help him next Tuesday.It can be treated by operation or medicine,but it will take time to get better,it won't be better all at once.he kinds of feels sorry that he can't help me more with leaf pickup and has said he coudn't do what we do without me. :D

Barry, I'm so sorry your Dad is having such a hard time. I know it's hard for you and your Mom to see him go through this and feel so helpless. It is a wonderful thing that you're there for him and can get so much done. Ahhh!!! Barry, Fritz is just like Delilah. If I give her something one time, she remembers it. It then becomes a habit and I'm the one that continues it so I create a monster ;) Oh my goodness, what these furkids do to us!! Fritz is so cute, how could you not want to give him everything and more? :) I'll check in with you late tomorrow buddy--it's back to the old grindstone called work :)

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v334/fritz26/sleepypooch.jpg Fritz having a sleepy on the couch with Dad with this morning.He was pretty good last night ,wenr out a couple of times.Once when he was looking at me from the couch,asking to go upstairs so I let him up.Checked him once,a little growl he gave me.Mom got him meat,,I came up from behind him,picked him up and took him down and gave him to mom and he was put to bed.He always eyes the laundry brfore going to sleep,something to get into the next day i guess.Had cereal.toast and porridge,had a drink,went out and is now back with dad. :)

I am catching up on some threads this weekend and just have to comment on your latest pictures. Fritz is such a cutie pie and it is clear to me that he idolizes your dad. He is like my Ripley who is never very far from my side. Your house is very pretty and so Christmasy already. It makes me want to head to the boxes in the basement containing my Christmas decorations and bring them out today. :)

Hey there little fella!! Our Mom is back from her vacation and we got to rush in today and see you on our screen once again. Our babysitter is not a PT person, unfortunately, so we've been away for a few days :( Anyway, we're back and happy to see you again buddy!! You couldn't be any cuter!! Great pictures, Barry!!
