    Fraser, you're one of the best breeds, a Shetland Sheepdog or Sheltie (we own 2). What a fantastic, loyal & loving dog you are... a typical Sheltie! You also have the special beauty of the breed. I'm so glad your family took in a rescue Sheltie to keep you company. We did the same...our Danny, is a rescue dog...& we got him to keep our other Sheltie company.
    Now I'm off to tell all the Sheltie lovers I know that a very special boy is Dog of the Day. Congratulations, little man. Give a big slurpy kiss to Lady.

    ( And you're a Kiwi, too ...New Zealand can be v. proud of you, Fraser!)

    What a heartwarming story! And what a special message for all of us who feel so strongly about pet therapy. I would have liked to have sent a word to the hospital for Fraser to be with Stacy! Thank goodness for those nurses who allowed him in!!

    Fraser, you are not only loving and therapeutic, but you are also extremely handsome! Congratulations on your honor of being today's Dog of the Day!!!

    Fraser, you are beautiful inside and out. What a wonderful companion you are, so full of love and kindness. I believe pet therapy has helped so many people and I believe every hospital should allow it. Congratulations dear, sweet, Fraser our Very Best Pet of the Day.     An Angel in a fur coat.

    Many times I have referred to our beloved animals as little Angels in fur coats. Fraser, you are surely heaven sent to be an Angel for Stacy. How wise the nurses were to allow you into the hospital to see Stacy.

If ever there was a "heart" dog, a "dog of a lifetime," it is you dear Fraser! And let me be the first to congratulate you on your upcoming 12th birthday!!!!! WOW!!!     Jacqui!!! I had no idea Fraser was yours!! That just goes to show that I need to learn to pay more attention!! I will admit that I thought of you when I saw that Fraser was from New Zealand, but that's where it stopped!!!

    This makes the day extra special for all of us, when one of our friends has their pet being honored!!!
