Well a spay is a big surgery, you are not over reacting atleast I don't think so. It will probably hurt for her to go to the bathroom for a bit. She is probably still in a bit of pain but should be ok in time. Also, she is probably really thirsty because the anestetics makes their tongues really dry and can cause them to thirst excessively but don't let her have too much or she will be throwing it up. Just make to keep her hydrated though.

Perhaps I'm just being paranoid again, but is this normal? She was fine all night. I took her water up while she slept, and as I said through the evening I'd been monitoring how much water she had.

This morning she threw up 5 times. All of her food. Looks like she didn't even chew it.

She seems fine other then that. I'm just worried there is some reason she may be throwing up. What do you think?

Also, she is kinda coughing a little bit here and there.

She threw up 2 more times. She actually seems sick now...The vet is closed. I'm worried it's bloat or something...

She's thrown up more and is now shaking. I called the ER vet like 40 mins ago and I'm getting very impatient. I'm giving them 5-10 mins before I call another vet. Will they actually throw up if they have bloat or just attempt to?
