Luv my kitties!
My lawyer finally went thru all the stuff I prepared for her at the end of November. She's crafting our own settlement offer, hopefully to send to him on Friday with a Wednesday deadline. If he accepts it will be all over. If not we proceed as planned with the questioning, going to court, spending tons more money, etc.
Need some PT prayers that the offer goes and he accepts. I know, if we all pray hard enough and think positive enough this can happen.

Hey all, things have changed again.
Questioning put off, maybe to never happen at all. Both lawyers are now committed to making a settlement!!! Woo hoo!!! About time.

So my lawyer is a little behind on her own deadlines. Rather than getting the answer back today, she is just sending the settlement offer to his side this morning. Better late than never I guess. Fingers crossed it passes without argument and this gets finished.
