    Thanks everyone. If I knew HOW I hurt my back, I'd vow not to do it again ... guess I'll be looking up yoga exercises when this is over, never ever had an issue with my back before!

    I have you both in my thoughts and prayers. I hope you get to feeling better soon. I can sympathize with back issues, I had them back when I was a youngin.

    If you can stand the heat try Hot Yoga. Makes the body more flexible.

    I am normally very flexible and bendy, which is why this is sorta a mystery to me. I always move some when I sleep, and it's never been an issue before. Musta been chasing zebras in my dreams ...

    No, mud season has only just begun, here - today the last of my snowpile melted, but we may get more before the winter is over. Thankfully, there's only rain in the forecast, which doesn't require shoveling!
