    I really hope that you have researched the GSD breed, A LOT!! They are very strong, smart, and hard-to-handle dogs. And, they are NOT for everyone!

    Welcome to Pettalk! I've met GSD and they are a wonderful breed. Yet, they aren't for everyone.

    Like everyone else said, make sure you research the breed well. My mum grew up with GSDs.. I just figured that out yesterday.

    Oh i know ALL about them....we had one but he died in aug. of epilepsy...he was 2 but we LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!!! they are the best dogs ever!
