    Sicko "Marriage Contract"

    Wow... just... wow.

FEBRUARY 17--This country, as you know, is filled with the deranged. And then there's Travis Frey, a 33-year-old Iowa man who is facing charges that he tried to kidnap his own wife (not to mention a separate child pornography rap). Frey, prosecutors contend, apparently is a rather demanding guy. In fact, he actually drew up a bizarre four-page marriage document--a "Contract of Wifely Expectations"--that sought to establish guidelines for his spouse in terms of hygiene, clothing, and sexual activities. In return for fulfilling certain requirements, Frey (pictured right) offered "Good Behavior Days," or GBDs. Each GBD, Frey wrote, could be redeemed by his wife to "get out of doing the things" he requested daily. A copy of the proposed contract, which Frey's wife never signed and later provided to cops, can be found below. While we normally point out the highlights of most documents, there are so many in this demented, and very graphic, contract, we really can't do it justice. So set aside ten minutes--and prepare to be repulsed. (4 pages)

Yep this is one incredibly sick individual. I can't help but wonder though, if she got this before the wedding and married him anyway. If so, she's just as sick.

Wow. I would have thrown the papers at him and walked off after just reading the first sentence. NO WAY would I have shrugged it off and married him aftrer I saw that. But, sadly, many women have no true sense of self and realize they are better than that.

the other thought was that this was some sick game of his written up by a buddy for a bachelor's party gag that she somehow found and kept.

Is this guy serious? I would NEVER marry, wait I would NEVER even subject myself to even be in the company of this jacka$$. If he goes to jail/prison I think his cell mate should make him sign this contract and he gets to be on the other end, literally.

I would think that was a joke if someone handed that to me. If it wasn't, I'd kick him where it hurts and walk away.

Jessika, I just don't know. Obviously we don't know the whole story. Seeing as he attempted to kidnap her, my speculation is that they were married and once the honeymoon was over, his true colors showed.

(It doesn't mention if they had the child before or after marriage)

He presented the contract, she tried to leave him, and he attempted to kidnap her, hence the current trial and her bringing the contract up as evidence.

Pure speculation of course, but I would hope to the gods that she didn't marry him after seeing that contract. Yeesh!

wow. That's sad. I can even spot a lot of grammar mistakes! So much for a "formal" document"! (GBD's) What are the GBDs possesive over??
