    To all you Huskey & Sled Dog Lovers

    New Movie release this Friday 17th called Eight Below (2006)
    It is about two geologist in Antarctica & with their dogs & get seperated & how they go back to get them.. Oh I think it will be great..

    I cant wait to see it!!! I am sure I'll buy it when it comes out too!!
    I guess ya would want to see it if you love Huskies(sled dogs), but I think, just seeing previews and such, it is a really good movie for anyone!!!

    I've already emailed a friend of mine and we are going to see it in the next couple of weeks. I can't wait!!

    I want to see it. There's been alot of posts about it on the husky sites. Several rescues are planning to hand out flyers at the movie theaters to try to get people to find out more about sibes/mals BEFORE they run out and get one. They expect a large influx of disgarded huskies in about 6-8 months to a year. That's when this breed typically gets dumped because people can't deal with their adolescence.

    I just saw it today (actually we got back 10 min ago) and I loved it. I cried alot I loved all the dogs. Shorty looked alot like Astra! I think Max also played 'Demon' in another movie called Snow Dogs. I'm not too sure but he looks familiar. Well I would highly recomend this movie to any dog/animal lover!
