Sammy is teething and sometimes when he chews his Nylabone he gets a little blood on it. Is that normal?

If he's teething, yes. Gums will bleed while teething, especially if a tooth falls out

Ok, Thank you. I just wanted to make sure. So does a cold rag help the pain of teething a little bit? Because he chews on everything. *including molli's ears* lol

I know they have things like you give to babies when they teeth that you freeze and give to them to chew on lol

A good idea is to take a cloth wash rag, or a small towel and get it good and wet then ring it out and leave it in a log type shape. Sprinkle it with chicken or beef broth and freeze it and let her chew on it. The cold will feel good on her teeth, the cloth is soft enough to let her sink her teeth into it, and the broth will keep her interested in it.
When Snowy was teething, her favourite chew was pig's ear
she doesn't care so much about pig's ears now so I stop buying them
