How should I stop my chihuahua from barking?

Hi umm i have 3 chihuahuas. one is 6 months, and the other two are 4... When somebody just comes to our house they will bark soooooooo much!! They'll keep barking and barking like foreever!!!! Soo any1 got any ideas how to stop my dogs from baking so much?? Thanks!

Whenever you have a guest over and your dogs are barking, tell your guests to ignore the dogs and do not give them any attention for ten minutes after they arrive. Do not pet, do not shoo them away, just completely ignore them. Then, once the dogs have settled down, allow them to be petted and get attention. This teaches them that only once they calm down are they greeted by the newcomer.
